Refused VISAs: for famous artists and for any foreigners who want to come in France, the so-called and self-called country of human rights

France is the country of freedom and human rights..the country of freedom, equality and brotherhood (or so called) ... yes yes, this is written on the wall of all our city town halls, I promise! if it is written on a wall, it must be true then......

But currently since few years, in France, Politic and basic human rights are fighting...
Politics and Science are fighting....
Politics and Art are fighting...
Politics and Charities are fighting...
Politics and just the common human being looking to be a decent man, are fighting...
It is a general fight and a personal fight.
Why am I saying that? Because great famous artists, painters, musicians, photographers are not authorized anymore to come in France, not even for a single exhibition in a museum like the "centre Beaubourg" , because this poor country is scared by the idea that these artists would decide to settle down in France, like in the glorious time of Picasso, Giacometti, Juan Gris, and the "Bateau Lavoir" in the early 20th century. Glorious period whose we are so proud of, have a short walk in Montmartre and you will see how they are proud to have had famous painters like Picasso and Cie walking in their streets, just spontaneously forgetting that they were NOT French at the time, and that at the time France was a Welcoming country for refugees.
I found this situation very sad, and also very borderline in term of human rights, and in term of decency. For me the richness of a country also depend on the mixes that happens, on all these wonderful encounters you can make with strangers, with people who are different than you. To me, difference is not something frightening, it is something enriching.
What will happen to a country that closes its doors, and refuses every contacts with outside?
What will happen to people that will turn their back on other human being suffering just because they did not get the "chance" to be born here and now?
What will happen to our soul?...
Well my friends, we are simply going to atrophy...to loose our creativity, our energy, and everything that make us a decent human being...
To be honest, right now, I am regretting to be back in France, I was so proud of my country before, but I am not any more. I am so ashamed of the decisions taken by these country managers with our blessings...So ashamed...
